Macadamia nut cream balls

For this recipe you will need:

  • 180 g of macadamia nut cream (we used 3 different types of cream)
  • 40 g of flour
  • 2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
  • 130 g of chocolate
  • Sea salt (for garnish)

Preparation process:

First, mix the nut butter, flour and honey until smooth.

Shape the mixture into balls about 2.5 cm in diameter with your hands. Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Put the tray in the freezer for 15 minutes.

Then, melt the chocolate and coconut oil in a bowl. Stir until you get a creamy consistency. If necessary, heat in the microwave for 10–15 seconds.

Coat each ball in the chocolate mixture and place them back on the parchment paper. If desired, sprinkle with sea salt. Repeat with all the balls.

Return the tray to the freezer for another 15 minutes.

You should get about 10 delicious chocolate-covered balls. Enjoy!
