Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the flour with salt. Make a well in the center, crack in the egg, add oil, and gradually whisk in the Macadamia NATURAL drink while stirring. Whisk everything thoroughly until the batter is smooth and lump-free. Let the batter rest for 15-20 minutes at room temperature to allow the flour to swell, which will make the crepes thinner, firmer, and less likely to tear.
  2. Heat a clean, dry pan well and lightly grease it.
  3. Pour the dough into the pan and spread it evenly. Return the pan to the heat and cook the crepe for 1-2 minutes, or until the edges start to lift away from the pan. Flip the crepe and cook for about another minute.
  4. Place the cooked crepes on a plate and let them cool.

Serving

  1. Spread half of the crepe with MACADELLA and place thinly sliced banana on top, fold it over. Spread more MACADELLA on the folded side, add more banana, and fold again.
  2. Toast the folded crepe in a pan for extra crispiness.
  3. Serve the crepes with maple syrup, jam, fresh berries, and macadamia sprinkles.

Enjoy!
