Recipe (1 serving):

  • Cottage cheese (7%) - 50g
  • Macadamia nut drink NATURAL - 200g
  • Maple syrup - 1 tablespoon (7g)
  • Oats - 2 tablespoons (15g)
  • Pumpkin (I use pureed and frozen) - 50g
  • Banana - 1/2 (60g)
  • Ground ginger - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Chinese five spice - 1/3 teaspoon (or 1/4 if you want a milder taste)
