Recipe (1 serving):
- Cottage cheese (7%) - 50g
- Macadamia nut drink NATURAL - 200g
- Maple syrup - 1 tablespoon (7g)
- Oats - 2 tablespoons (15g)
- Pumpkin (I use pureed and frozen) - 50g
- Banana - 1/2 (60g)
- Ground ginger - 1/4 teaspoon
- Chinese five spice - 1/3 teaspoon (or 1/4 if you want a milder taste)
